Pre-Screening Tool for the COVID-19

DAILY SELF-ASSESSMENT:

• Prior to boarding the bus or dropping-off a child off at school, Parents/Guardians will need to complete a self-screening assessment each morning for their child to check for symptoms of COVID-19. Certain responses will require that a child remain home. In this event, Parents/Guardians should contact the school office.
